Insomnia Sucks...

For a while I have been having problems sleeping, but it seems to have got worse recently! I can't sleep at night, I am often awake till 2am sometimes later.
What's more confusing is that I was prescribed Promethazine by a Doctor at my local Mental Health Center to take as and when I need them, but I was also told by one of the ladies I am seeing that I shouldn't keep taking any medication and I should just do the "Sleep Hygiene" we talked about in sessions.
So I am constantly arguing with myself at night with trying not too take my tablets and trying this "Sleep Hygiene" but it's not working! This heat isn't helping, even with my windows open at night and using a fan but I try not to keep it on because I don't wanna use up too much electricity..

My evening routine is this:
9pm I take my medication (Mirtazpine & Quetiapine)
10pm I start getting ready for bed
11pm (sometimes earlier) I put Family Guy on ITV2 it varies what time it's on! I have that on for an hour and turn over to ITV2+1!
But recently, my telly doesn't seem to want to allow ITV2+1 so I have to watch what I watch then put my Playstation on so I can watch Family Guy & American Dad on Fox.. Sometimes I have to change it and find a movie to put on instead because the internet crashes or the live streaming isn't working!

Think the issues with my routine being messed up with ITV2+1 doesn't really help much, but I can't change that. I don't want to have Sky, plus where I am in a flat I cannot have Sky so I chose to get my PS3 and use the Sky App on my Dads account.

I am doing the best that I can with all this and all my issues and the heat, but it is knocking me back a little! Especially since if I am awake till 3am or later and when I finally fall asleep it's interupted sleep and I wake up at 1pm or 2pm and this isn't good!

I don't know about you, but I feel this advert is just a little mean and insensitive..

Especially showing at the beginning a sad man called Gary, whom has lost his cat, and asks for help.. Because no one knows him or anything about his kitty, they turn around and say
"don't worry about it then, forget about things that don't affect you"

I think its a bit of a mean way to start an advert to be honest.

Sooo, maybe i had gone and finally bought myself the Gavin and Stacey series 1-3 boxset *woopwoop*

...i saw one episode the one with Bryn & Ness singing Island In The Stream... i think? i wasnt totally sure about it but i watched it again and then i watched the Christmas Special and i enjoyed that, but i never got the chance to watch  series 3 =( well apart from the last episode of series 3!!! lol
Today i am watching some of the series seen as i get moaned at for watching Friends..!!! lol

Oh What A Day....

talk about BORED BORED BORED...

.. argh ..

i can concentrate on anything, i cant focus, i cant do what i need to do to help a friend, nothing! i just dont understand it.. i am constantly frustrated i just dont understand .. including talking too much moving around to much and not sitting still everything..!!

I have watched a few more movies/dvds & tv programmes today though, so i cannot complain, too much guess..?
watched Carry On Christmas 1973 then the Carry On Christmas 1972 version after, The Mummy, Journey To The Centre Of The Earth, and now i am watched Inkheart, all on my own.. boring huh!?

i am also finding it difficult to still try and get into the christmas spirit too... god knows why but i just am! awful awful awful...!

i wish i could stop fidgeting, playing withmy hair, itching, scratching,moving, kicking my feet and legs etc.

1st of December

what a day what a day..

it has been the most boring one yet! nothing on telly to watch, too cold out be outside - not that i can go out even if i wanted to *sniff*

i had to resort into turning off the telly as i was getting frustrated with something on bbc1 that was soo slow and boring and then news on 2 and then police thing on 3 and gordan ramsay on 4 - why do we have to pay a liscence to watch this crap!? there is hardly anything on tv that is worth watching these days, its kinda same with sky - almost 1,000 channels and most of them there are 2 of so one you can watch now and one an hour later or some even have 2-3 hours later - whats the point in that!? NONE

i usually like watching telly, but there are just no good movies on tonight, the other night there was Carpool - now that was a good film.. or there was another one called Duel with someone driving a car being followed by a truck and there was kiss kiss bang bang - now that was a good film, and i never watched a robert downy junior (i think and sure that his name) before! and i thought it was good..!

i have deiceded that only time i watch telly.. is when i am sticking a dvd into the dvd player, or a vhs into a vhs player! whats the point in having 4 channels when there aint much to watch on them..?
